At the start of a new year, many of us feel the urge to reflect, dream bigger, and set intentions for the months ahead. Goals, hopes, wishes, projects… they all start taking shape in our minds.
This is exactly why I created these free printable 2027 bingo cards.
A 2027 bingo card is a fun and visual way to turn your goals and dreams into something you can actually see, track, and celebrate throughout the year. It works a bit like a vision board for 2027, but in a structured and playful bingo format.

Instead of creating one card for the whole year, you can make a new bingo card every month with smaller goals, activities, or things you’d like to accomplish.
What is a 2027 bingo card?
A printable bingo card for 2027 is a grid made of 24 boxes (or 25 if you decide to use the center square too). Each box represents a goal, dream, wish, or intention you have for the year.
Some examples of what you can write in each box:
- Personal goals (health, habits, mindset)
- Professional goals or creative projects
- Travel plans or experiences
- Things you want to learn or try
- Moments you hope to live
As the year goes on and things come to life, you can check off or color in each square. Seeing your bingo card fill up is incredibly motivating and helps you visualize how much you’ve actually accomplished.
It’s a fun way to reflect on your accomplishments at the end of the year. Maybe you could even start a new yearly tradition and create a new bingo card every year!
Here’s an example of what a filled-out bingo card may look like:
How to use your printable 2027 bingo card
- Download and print your favorite bingo card
- Fill each box with a goal, dream, or wish for 2027
- Display it somewhere visible or keep it in your planner or bullet journal
- Check off each square as it comes true throughout the year
This is not about pressure or perfection, it’s about intention, awareness, and celebrating progress.
A vision board bingo card for 2027
If you love the idea of vision boards but want something more structured, this vision board bingo card is a great alternative.
You can choose to:
- Write words or short sentences in each box
- Glue pictures, magazine cutouts, or photos
- Print icons, stickers, or illustrations
- Mix images and text
You can then display your 2027 bingo card on a wall, a vision board, or keep it inside your planner, bullet journal, binder, or notebook.
