What Are These Gift Card Holder Tags?
These printables are both gift card holders AND gift tags in one. After cutting and folding, the tabs glue together to create a little pocket on the front. Just slip your gift card inside and attach it to a present, a treat bag, or give it on its own.
They’re designed with a soft, cute Valentine’s theme, but most versions don’t mention Valentine’s Day which means you can use them for birthdays, thank you gifts, or just-because surprises too.
What’s Included
Each printable page includes 3 color versions of the bear design: Red, Pink, and Green.
You can choose from 4 different back variations (4 pages):

- A version with space to write “To” and “From”
Each version comes in 2 options: with or without a punch hole.

How to Use
- Download (here) and print the page on cardstock for best results.
- Carefully cut around each bear shape.
- Fold along the indicated lines.
- Glue the side tabs to the back to form a small pouch.
- Slide a gift card, mini note, or even a cute Instax photo inside.
You can use glue dots or washi tape to secure your gift card or photo in place if needed.
